How behavioural design and UX research go hand in hand
This workshop introduces UX researchers and designers to the power of behavioural design in enhancing user understanding. Participants will explore key principles of behavioural science—such as cognitive biases, decision making, and motivation—and learn how these can be applied to UX research. They will work in groups on case studies, where they will identify underlying behavioural patterns and discuss how to apply this behavioural knowledge within the specific case.
The session covers practical tools and techniques from behavioural design that can be immediately applied in everyday work, allowing participants to connect more deeply with users and create more effective, user-centred solutions. Ideal for UX professionals looking to deepen their understanding of user behaviour, this workshop provides actionable strategies that bridge UX research with behavioural science to inspire meaningful and impactful design decisions.
Nina is giving this workshop on day one, June 10th.
Nina is giving this workshop again on day two, June 11th.
